Rwanda is built around the cleanest, safest capital in the region and premium gorilla trekking in Volcanoes National Park. The country runs on Kinyarwanda, English, French, prices in RWF, and centres on Kigali with major hubs at Kigali, Musanze, Gisenyi, Huye, Rubavu. Flights route through KGL.

Where to stay and what it costs

Across Rwanda, a night runs roughly US$30–160 at market rates, from simple self-catering apartments at the lower end to lodges and beachfront villas at the top. Those are guide figures for the country, not Cabana quotes.

Paying for things on the ground
