Why Chad is worth the trip

Chad is built around the Ennedi Massif and Zakouma, one of Africa's great conservation turnarounds. The country runs on French, Arabic, prices in XAF, and centres on N'Djamena with major hubs at N'Djamena, Abéché. Flights route through NDJ.

Across Chad, a night runs roughly US$40–200 at market rates, from simple self-catering apartments at the lower end to lodges and beachfront villas at the top. Those are guide figures for the country, not Cabana quotes.
