What is Creators Connect?
Creators Connect is Cabana's meeting place for hotels, hosts, tour operators, restaurants, shops, event organisers and car-hire companies on one side and verified travel creators on the other. Owners browse the creator community, send an offer, and agree the deal in a private room on Cabana.
Who can use Creators Connect?
Any owner or service provider with a live stay, tour, experience, event, restaurant, shop or vehicle on Cabana. Creators are verified by the Cabana team through their own social accounts before they appear.
Do I see a creator's name or contact details?
No. Creators are shown by platform, audience size, niche, location and rates. Once you send an offer, the private deal room shows their platform, username and followers. Names, phone numbers, emails and links stay private and cannot be shared in the room, so every agreement is recorded on Cabana.
What kinds of deals can I make with a creator?
A commission on bookings (a percentage or fixed amount of your base price, available on stays, tours, events and car hire), a paid feature for a fee in any currency, a hosted stay or experience in exchange for content, or an open conversation where you agree terms together.
What does it cost?
Browsing and sending offers is free. Cabana charges no commission on the deals you agree. Where you agree commission on bookings, you pay it directly on the base price of bookings paid in full.
How do creators join?
Travel creators apply at cabana.africa/influencers/apply with their social accounts and a private contact number. The Cabana team verifies each account within 24 hours. Approved creators can choose to be listed in Creators Connect from their studio.
Which countries does it cover?
Creators Connect is built for Africa and works across all 54 African countries. Creators and owners can be based anywhere, and amounts can be agreed in any supported currency with live conversion.
