Will APA make things up?
She answers only from your website, the knowledge you add and your own tools. After she writes a reply, every price, number, phone number, email address and link is checked against those sources, and anything not found there is removed. When the answer is not on your site she says so and offers to connect the visitor with your team.
Can I give her my own name?
Yes, and her own greeting, tone, colours, avatar, English voice and instructions. Every assistant is a child of APA: she keeps APA’s brain and rules, and becomes yours in everything else.
Which languages does she speak?
The visitor’s. English, Swahili, French, Arabic, Portuguese, Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, Amharic, Zulu, Somali, Kinyarwanda and more, with typos, slang, Sheng and Pidgin. A question in Swahili finds the answer on an English page.
How does she know my site changed?
She re-reads it every day, and when the widget notices a page changed she re-reads that page from your server straight away. Pages that disappear are forgotten. What a visitor’s browser sends never changes her knowledge.
What happens when someone wants a person?
She tells them she has passed it on, asks how your team should reach them, and emails the conversation to your team (and to your webhook) at once.
Is my data used to train someone else’s AI?
No. Conversations are stored for your console and nowhere else. The models APA runs on (Groq and Cloudflare Workers AI) are called per request.
