What the percentage is of

Our service fee is a fixed amount per booking, never a percentage of it. So your commission is fixed too — it does not grow with the price of the stay.

For 365 days from the day each person joins, with no cap on how many you bring. Which is the point: this programme pays for how many people you onboard, not for how expensive their holidays are.

Beyond commission

Commission is the automatic part. It is not the whole of what this role pays.

Milestone incentives

Paid on top of commission when you hit onboarding targets. Your current target and what it pays are agreed with your programme lead.

Field allowances

Airtime, transport and data for work in the field. Onboarding someone properly means going to them, and that costs money you should not be spending yourself.

Equipment and materials

Whatever the work actually needs — printed material, a device, a stand at an event. Ask your programme lead.

A route to employment

This team is where Cabana hires from. Ambassadors who build something real are the first people considered for salaried roles, and the record in this dashboard is the evidence.
