Who owns this listing?
This decides who gets the bookings, the payouts and the guest messages. It is on the record from day one, and you can change it later from your listings board.
You are already in this partnership as the operator, so add everyone else. A partner without a Cabana account is still a partner — they will be linked automatically when they join.
Choose once — you can always update it from your listings board.
Not a co-owner. A manager runs the listing operationally; a viewer can only see it. Neither holds any equity.
Even as a sole operator you can give someone else access to run this listing for you — without making them a co-owner.
